Job Description/Overview:
As an Executive Assistant at Deutsche Börse, you will support the Heads of Business Development & Commercialization, Issuer CSD Services, and the Eurobonds Business. Your role involves managing international calendars, organising travel, preparing reports, and assisting with various organisational and administrative tasks. You will be a key player in ensuring smooth office operations and supporting management activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage complex international schedules and meetings.
Organise international travel and process travel expenses.
Handle confidential information and manage office operations.
Prepare and proofread documents, reports, and correspondence.
Organise team events, including on-site and off-site meetings.
Assist with internal reports, document preparation, and data management.
Support the onboarding process for external service providers.
Provide project-related support when required.
Qualifications:
University degree or completed commercial apprenticeship.
Several years of experience as an assistant to senior management.
Fluent in English; proficiency in German and/or French is an advantage.
Strong knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and SAP.
Excellent organisational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
High levels of integrity, discretion, and attention to detail.
Experience:
Previous experience in a similar role is required.
Project management skills and experience providing project-related support are preferred.
Skills:
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with minimal supervision.
Ability to manage multiple assignments and prioritise effectively.
Flexibility, problem-solving ability, and high service orientation.
