Job Description/Overview:
Joener-Rebecca Baloran is looking for a full-time housekeeper to work in a private home. The ideal candidate will perform general housekeeping duties, including cleaning, laundry, and maintaining household cleanliness. The work must be completed on-site, with no remote work options available.
Key Responsibilities:
Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors
Dust furniture
Vacuum carpets, rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture
Make beds and change sheets
Distribute clean towels and toiletries
Stock linen closet
Clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances
Pick up debris and empty trash containers
Launder and mend clothing and household linens
Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
Wash windows, walls, and ceilings
Clean changing rooms and showers
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
Repetitive tasks
Bending, crouching, kneeling
Combination of sitting, standing, and walking
Education:
No degree, certificate, or diploma required
Experience:
Experience is an asset, but not required
Work Setting:
Work in employer’s/client’s home (no remote work)
Salary:
$18.00 per hour
32.5 hours per week
