Job Description/Overview:
The Restaurant Assistant Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and address customer complaints. This role involves planning and organising restaurant activities while supervising a team of 5-15 people.

Address customers’ complaints or concerns
Plan, organise, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; relevant certifications (Beverage services manager certification, Food and beverage server trade certification, Smart Serve) are required.
Experience:
2 years to less than 3 years in a similar role.
Skills:
Knowledge of MS Office
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Attention to detail and organisational skills
