Job Description/Overview:
Manage office administrative procedures, delegate tasks to office staff, and ensure procedures are followed. Assist with budget preparation, inventory control, and coordinate services like equipment and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement and review administrative procedures
Delegate work to support staff
Ensure deadlines and procedures are met
Administer office activities and policies
Coordinate office services like accommodation, equipment, and security
Assist in preparing operating budget
Perform data entry and assemble reports
Train staff and oversee office administrative procedures
Qualifications:
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience:
7 months to less than 1 year
Skills:
Ability to work independently
Perform under pressure
