Job Description/Overview:
The Office Administrative Assistant will supervise other workers, establish office procedures, manage contracts, schedule appointments, and respond to employee inquiries. This position requires strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise other workers
Determine and establish office procedures and routines
Schedule and confirm appointments
Manage contracts and training development strategies
Answer telephone calls and relay messages
Oversee employee data analysis
Develop communication strategies
Prepare reports
Respond to employee questions and complaints
Order office supplies and maintain inventory
Greet visitors and direct them appropriately
Set up and maintain filing systems (manual and computerised)
Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and documents
Qualifications:
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
Experience:
1 year to less than 2 years of relevant experience.
Skills:
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Windows, Word, Access)
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong judgement and organisational skills
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Attention to detail and client-focused
