Job Description/Overview:
The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations, maintain inventory, ensure health and safety regulations are met, and manage staff training and events.
Key Responsibilities:
Organise and maintain inventory
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and supplies
Address customer complaints or concerns
Hire, train, and supervise staff
Plan and evaluate daily operations
Qualifications:
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
Experience:
2 years to less than 3 years in a restaurant management role.
Skills:
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage events and staff effectively
Excellent problem-solving skills

Additional Information:
