Job Description/Overview:
Kushi Cannabis Co is seeking a Store Manager to oversee retail operations. The ideal candidate will manage staff, implement marketing strategies, and ensure excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage staff and assign duties, study market research and trends to determine consumer demand and sales volumes, determine merchandise and services to be sold, implement pricing and credit policies, locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale, develop and implement marketing strategies, plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses, determine staffing requirements, resolve customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages, recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers, oversee payroll administration, conduct performance reviews, and plan, organise, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations.
Qualifications:
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
Experience:
2 years to less than 3 years.
Skills:
Strong leadership, customer service, budgeting, and marketing skills.
