Job Description/Overview:
Freshly Squeezed is seeking a qualified Office Administrator responsible for overseeing and managing administrative tasks to ensure efficient office operations. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in administrative roles.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and evaluate new administrative procedures.
Delegate work to office support staff and ensure deadlines are met.
Carry out administrative activities within the establishment.
Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records under government access to information and privacy legislation.
Coordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, parking, and security services.
Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
Assemble data and prepare reports, manuals, and correspondence.
Perform data entry and oversee office administrative procedures.
Supervision:
Responsible for supervising 3-4 people.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
Experience:
1 to 2 years of relevant experience.
