Job Description/Overview:
Apexcraft Constructions Ltd is seeking an experienced Carpenter to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures made from wood and other materials in line with building codes.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare layouts according to building codes using measuring tools.
Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials made of wood, substitutes, lightweight steel, and other materials.
Build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring, and erect walls and roof systems.
Fit and install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings, and hardware.
Schedule and coordinate work on sites.
Supervise other workers.
Estimate costs and materials required for the projects.
Qualifications:
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
Experience:
2 to 3 years of relevant experience.
