Job Description/Overview:
Petro Canada is looking for a retail store supervisor to manage daily store operations, supervise staff, and ensure smooth customer service. The role includes overseeing inventory, resolving issues, and maintaining sales reports.
Key Responsibilities:
– Supervise and coordinate staff
– Hire and arrange training for staff
– Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel
– Resolve customer complaints and handle supply shortages
– Organise and maintain inventory
– Design settings, exhibits, and environments for retail display
Qualifications:
– Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience:
– 7 months to less than 1 year
Skills:
– Attention to detail
– Client focus
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure
