Job Description/Overview:  

The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for managing office tasks such as scheduling appointments, answering calls and emails, and overseeing office procedures. This is an on-site role with a variety of administrative duties to ensure smooth office operations.

 

Key Responsibilities:

– Schedule and confirm appointments.

– Answer telephone calls and electronic enquiries.

– Order office supplies and maintain inventory.

– Greet visitors and direct them to appropriate contacts.

– Type and proofread correspondence and other documents.

– Perform data entry and provide customer service.

– Maintain a digital database and oversee administrative procedures.

– Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain budgetary controls.

– Assemble data and prepare reports, manuals, and correspondence.

 

Qualifications:  

College diploma or certificate from a 1 to 2-year program.

 

Experience:  

1 to less than 7 months of experience.

 

Skills:

– Proficient in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS Office.

– Strong oral and written communication.

– Organized, reliable, and flexible.

– Excellent interpersonal skills.
