Job Description/Overview
Daily Fresh Produce is looking for a Retail Supervisor to oversee and coordinate the activities of sales workers in a busy retail environment. The successful candidate will manage inventory, authorize payments, and handle customer-related issues. This position requires an individual who is organized, client-focused, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
– Assign sales workers to duties
– Authorize payments by cheque and handle merchandise returns
– Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
– Organize and maintain inventory
– Supervise and coordinate activities of workers
Qualifications
– Secondary (high school) graduation certificate
Experience
– 7 months to less than 1 year of relevant experience
Skills
– Client-focused with strong organizational skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
– Attention to detail and accuracy
