Job Description/Overview
The Office Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and coordinating office administrative procedures, delegating tasks to office support staff, and ensuring that all procedures and deadlines are followed. Additional responsibilities include preparing operating budgets, maintaining inventory controls, and assembling data for reports. The position requires strong organisational skills and reliability.
Key Responsibilities
– Review and evaluate new administrative procedures
– Delegate work to office support staff
– Ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
– Administer policies related to the release of records
– Coordinate office services (e.g., accommodation, supplies, maintenance, security)
– Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory controls
– Prepare reports, manuals, and correspondence
– Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures
Qualifications
– Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience
7 months to less than 1 year
Skills
