Job Description/Overview
The Office Coordinator is responsible for implementing and evaluating administrative procedures, delegating work to support staff, and ensuring deadlines are met. This role also involves project coordination, overseeing office services such as maintenance and security, data entry, training staff, and conflict resolution. The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment and must be able to handle tight deadlines while paying close attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
– Implement and review new administrative procedures
– Delegate work to office support staff
– Ensure procedures are followed and deadlines met
– Plan and coordinate office services (e.g., equipment, supplies, security)
– Prepare reports, manuals, and correspondence
– Perform data entry and project coordination
– Train staff and resolve conflicts
– Monitor and evaluate administrative procedures
Qualifications
– Bachelor’s degree
Experience
1 to 2 years of relevant experience
Skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Windows) and MAC
Strong project coordination and administrative skills
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
