Job Description/Overview:
Vinayak Kalia is seeking a dedicated Family Caregiver to provide personalised care for clients in a home setting. The caregiver will assist with daily living activities and ensure a comfortable, supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
– Administer bedside and personal care
– Administer medications as prescribed
– Assist clients with bathing and other aspects of personal hygiene
– Support clients in regular exercise, such as walking
– Feed or assist clients in feeding
– Mend clothing and linens as needed
– Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
– Provide companionship and emotional support
– Prepare and serve nutritious meals
Qualifications:
– Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
– Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year in a caregiving role
Skills:
– Strong interpersonal and communication skills
– Organised and reliable with a focus on client needs
– Ability to work independently and demonstrate patience
– Honesty and punctuality are essential
Salary:
– $24.00 hourly / 40 hours per week
Terms of Employment:
– Permanent employment
– Starts as soon as possible
