Job Description/Overview:
Emer Enterprises Ltd. is seeking a skilled Farm Supervisor to manage general farm operations. This role includes supervising farm workers, maintaining farm machinery, and ensuring safety protocols are followed.
Key Responsibilities:
– Coordinate and supervise general farm workers and harvesting labourers.
– Ensure compliance with farm safety and biosecurity procedures.
– Maintain quality control and production records.
– Oversee growing operations and other crop-related activities.
– Keep work records and logs.
– Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment.
– Perform general farm duties as needed.
Work Environment:
– On-site work with no option for remote work.
Qualifications:
– Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
– Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience.
Salary:
– $19.00 hourly for 40 hours per week.
– Day, evening, and morning shifts.
