Job Description/Overview:
ESPRIT FRAMING LTD. is seeking a Framing Carpenter to join their team. This role involves working on-site to read blueprints and construct various wooden structures.
Key Responsibilities:
– Read blueprints, drawings, and sketches to determine work requirements.
– Prepare layouts in accordance with building codes using measuring tools.
– Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials made of wood, lightweight steel, and other materials.
– Fit and install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings, and hardware.
– Maintain, repair, and renovate residences and wooden structures in various establishments.
– Utilise hand and power tools effectively.
Qualifications:
– Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
Experience:
– Will train; no prior experience required.
Skills:
– Ability to read blueprints and proficiency with hand and power tools.
