Job Description/Overview
Alpha Elite Construction Ltd. is seeking an Administrative Assistant to manage office tasks and support the team with administrative duties. This role involves organising office operations, managing communications, and providing clerical support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
– Open and distribute mail and other materials
– Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
– Determine and establish office procedures and routines
– Schedule and confirm appointments
– Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic inquiries
– Order office supplies and maintain inventory
– Arrange travel, itineraries, and make reservations
– Greet visitors and direct them to service areas
– Set up and maintain manual and computerised information filing systems
Qualifications
– Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
– 1 to less than 7 months of relevant experience
Experience
– Knowledge of office procedures and ability to manage multiple tasks
Skills
– Strong communication and organisational skills
– Proficiency in using computerised information filing systems
