Job Description/Overview:
EVEREST LIQUOR DISCOUNTER CRESTWOOD LTD is seeking a Retail Store Supervisor to manage day-to-day operations, oversee staff, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
– Assign sales workers to duties.
– Authorise payments by cheque and the return of merchandise.
– Establish work schedules for sales personnel.
– Sell merchandise and manage sales reports.
– Resolve customer complaints and handle supply shortages.
– Organise and maintain inventory.
– Supervise and coordinate activities of 3-4 workers.
Qualifications:
– Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
Experience and Specialization:
– 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
– Fast-paced environment, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
– Combination of sitting, standing, and walking is required.
Personal Suitability:
– Client-focused, organised, reliable, and a strong team player.
