Job Description/Overview:
Turn Key Builders is seeking a motivated office assistant to perform various administrative tasks and support daily operations within the office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
– Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
– Receive and forward telephone or electronic inquiries.
– Work on reports from manual or electronic files, inventories, and databases.
– Sort, process, and verify applications, receipts, and other documents.
– Process incoming and outgoing mail manually or electronically.
– Send and receive messages.
– Perform basic bookkeeping tasks.
– Prepare and format page presentations.
– Compile data, statistics, and other information.
– Prepare invoices and bank deposits.
– Provide general information to clients and the public.
– Photocopy and collate documents for distribution, mailing, and filing.
– Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
– File material in the storage area and label files according to retention and disposal schedules.
– Organise and schedule office work.
Qualifications:
– Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
– Experience: Will train.
Skills:
– Strong attention to detail.
– Excellent oral and written communication skills.
– Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
– Efficient interpersonal skills and client focus.
– Dependable, organised, and flexible with a positive attitude.
