Job Description/Overview:
Cancomm Contracting Ltd is looking for a detail-oriented and highly organised Office Administrator to manage administrative procedures and support office staff. This full-time role involves implementing and evaluating new administrative procedures, coordinating office services, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong delegation skills and be able to maintain work priorities and deadlines effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
– Implement and review new administrative procedures.
– Delegate work to office support staff.
– Establish work priorities and ensure deadlines are met.
– Coordinate and plan office services (e.g., equipment, supplies, relocation, maintenance, security).
– Perform data entry and monitor office administrative procedures.
– Oversee and evaluate office operations.
Qualifications:
– Secondary (high) school graduation certificate required.
– Strong knowledge of office administrative procedures.
Experience:
– 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
Skills:
– Excellent organisational and delegation skills.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
– Strong communication and office coordination abilities.
