Job Description/Overview:
Navsaver Publications Inc. is seeking reliable delivery drivers to pick up and deliver parcels, products, and other items by hand or vehicle.
Key Responsibilities:
– Deliver and pick up messages, parcels, and other items by hand.
– Operate and drive automobiles, vans, and light trucks to deliver various items.
– Maintain accurate records of items received and delivered.
– Transport and handle dangerous goods.
– Use maps and trip planning aids for efficient delivery routes.
Qualifications:
– Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
– 1 to less than 2 years of delivery driving experience.
Experience and Specialization:
– Experience with trip planning aids, such as maps, is beneficial.
– Familiarity with handling dangerous goods is a plus.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
– Attention to detail is crucial.
– Physically demanding role.
