Job Description/Overview:
Dorset Councils is looking for a professional Administration Assistant to provide effective administration support for our leisure facilities. This role includes managing back office functions such as invoicing, purchase orders, banking, and block bookings.
Key Responsibilities:
– Organise and manage invoicing and purchase orders.
– Handle banking tasks related to leisure facility operations.
– Coordinate block bookings and related administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
– Strong organisational and communication skills.
Experience:
– Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.
Skills:
– Proficient in office software and administration practices.
