Job Description/Overview:
Fancy Doors and Mouldings Ltd. is looking for a Sales Supervisor to oversee sales operations, manage staff, and handle inventory. The ideal candidate will be responsible for resolving customer issues and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
– Assign sales workers to duties
– Authorise payments by cheque
– Order and manage merchandise
– Approve merchandise returns
– Establish work schedules
– Prepare reports on sales volumes and personnel matters
– Resolve customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages
– Organise and maintain inventory
– Supervise and coordinate activities of 3-4 workers
Qualifications:
– Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
– 7 months to less than 1 year of experience

Pay: $25.00 hourly / 40 hours per week
