Job Description/Overview:
Just Eat Takeaway.com is a leading global online food delivery platform with a vision of empowering everyday convenience. The Data Analyst will work within the UK Delivery Operations and Product teams to support and enhance delivery operations. The role involves analysing data to uncover insights, identify root causes of issues, and optimise key business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
– Lead analytical projects to improve delivery operations and customer experience.
– Conduct relevant data analyses for deeper operational insights.
– Optimise business processes to improve delivery efficiency.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including strategic account management, customer care, and business intelligence.
– Understand and communicate delivery operations metrics.
– Investigate and address problem orders, identify trends, and reduce future occurrences.
Qualifications:
– Highly organised with strong analytical and communication skills.
– Proven experience in an analytical role.
– Strong reporting skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
– Adept at SQL for querying, report writing, and presenting findings.
– Strong problem-solving and modelling skills.
Experience:
– Experience with Google BigQuery and Google Sheets is a plus.
– Experience with Tableau (or similar data visualisation tools) is a plus.
Skills:
– Proficiency in SQL.
– Clear and proactive communication.
– Strong analytical and problem-structuring abilities.
