Job Description/Overview:
True Colors Ltd. is hiring construction workers to assist with a variety of tasks on-site. The role includes loading and transporting construction materials, handling concrete and asphalt, and cleaning up debris. No prior experience is required as training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
– Load, unload, and transport construction materials
– Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt
– Clean and pile salvaged materials
– Clean up chemical spills and contaminants
– Remove rubble and debris at construction sites
– Tend or feed machines and equipment used in construction
Qualifications:
– No degree, certificate, or diploma required
– Will train

Pay: $25.00 hourly / 30 hours per week
Work Environment:
– Fast-paced and physically demanding
– Must work on-site (no remote option)
– Tasks involve repetitive motions and handling heavy loads
