Job Description/Overview:

As a Care Assistant, you will be making a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients by offering assistance with daily living activities, medication management, meal preparation, and companionship. Key Responsibilities:
– Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
– Assist with medication management and monitoring side effects.
– Help with light housekeeping to maintain a safe living environment.
– Prepare nutritious meals based on dietary needs.
– Offer companionship and emotional support.
– Provide transportation assistance for appointments and errands.
– Maintain open communication with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
– Accurately document care provided and any changes in client condition.
Qualifications:
– Full UK Driving License and access to a reliable vehicle.
– Compassionate and patient with excellent communication skills.
Experience:
No prior experience is necessary—full in-house training will be provided.
Skills:
– Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
– Ability to work independently and with a team.
– Detail-oriented and responsible.
