Job Description/Overview:  

Exemplar Health Care Services Limited is seeking a part-time Administrator for Willowbeck Care Home. The role involves providing administrative and secretarial support, maintaining financial records, managing diaries, and assisting with daily operational tasks.

 

Key Responsibilities:

– Maintain accurate financial records and manage purchase ordering/sales ledger systems.

– Transcribe meeting minutes.

– Organise appointments and travel arrangements.

– Answer telephone calls and respond to inquiries.

– Complete relevant checks for new colleagues.

– Order staff uniforms and manage office supplies.

– Promote choice, dignity, and independence for the care home residents.

 

Qualifications:  

Relevant experience in administration or office management is preferred but not essential.

 

Experience:  

– Prior experience in administration or office management.

– Data processing skills.

– Ability to work under deadlines.

 

Skills:  

– Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).

– Friendly and approachable personality.

– Strong attention to detail.

– Good working knowledge of IT and digital systems.
