Job Responsibilities
– Promote sales to existing clients
– Identify and solicit potential clients
– Assess client needs and recommend appropriate goods or services
– Deliver sales presentations
– Provide input into product design to tailor goods or services to client needs
– Consult with clients after sale for ongoing support
– Present benefits and uses of goods or services
– Resolve product and service-related issues
– Advertise and promote products, sales, or services
– Provide customer service
– Estimate costs of installing and maintaining equipment or services
