Job Description/Overview:
Permanent full-time position working on-site at Impact Mechanicals Ltd. The role includes administrative tasks such as preparing minutes, handling communication, managing office supplies, and maintaining filing systems.
Key Responsibilities:
– Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences.
– Establish office procedures and routines.
– Answer telephone calls and relay messages.
– Respond to electronic inquiries.
– Compile data, statistics, and other information.
– Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
– Greet visitors and direct them accordingly.
– Maintain manual and computerised filing systems.
– Type and proofread documents.
Qualifications:
– Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

– 1 to less than 7 months of related experience.
