Job Description/Overview
Phantom Works Ltd. is seeking a skilled Plumber to install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems for domestic, commercial, and industrial settings.
Key Responsibilities
– Install plumbing fixtures and systems in domestic, commercial, or industrial settings
– Repair plumbing fixtures and systems
– Read blueprints and specifications to determine layout of plumbing systems
– Mark positions for pipe connections, passage holes, and fixtures
– Cut openings in walls and floors for pipe fittings
– Join pipes using couplings, clamps, screws, bolts, cement, soldering, brazing, or welding
– Test pipes for leaks using air and water pressure gauges
– Determine piping system requirements and pipe sizing
– Estimate costs and materials
– Measure, cut, thread, and bend pipes to required size
Qualifications
– Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
– Experience: 2 to 3 years of plumbing experience
Experience
– 2-3 years of relevant plumbing experience in various locations
Skills
– Ability to read blueprints and layouts
– Experience with domestic, commercial, and industrial plumbing systems
– Strong problem-solving and technical skills
Work Conditions
– Work Setting: Various locations
– Work Type: On-site (no remote work)
Salary and Benefits
– Salary: $32.00 hourly, 30 hours per week
– Start Date: As soon as possible
