Job Description/Overview
Carzone Motors Ltd is looking for a dedicated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves handling car sales in a retail environment and assisting customers in selecting vehicles that meet their needs. You will be responsible for managing inventory records and conducting transactions through internet-based systems.
Key Responsibilities
– Operate cash register and computerised inventory systems
– Provide advice about merchandise
– Assist with merchandise display
– Conduct sales transactions through internet-based electronic commerce
– Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates
– Greet customers and discuss merchandise or services sought for purchase, rental, or lease
– Maintain sales records for inventory control
– Prepare merchandise for purchase, rental, or lease
Qualifications
– Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
– English language proficiency
– Experience is an asset
Experience
– No formal experience required, but an asset if applicable
Skills
– Strong communication and customer service skills
– Ability to operate computerised systems
