Job Description/Overview:
The Retail Store Supervisor will oversee store operations, manage staff, handle customer issues, and ensure effective inventory management.
Key Responsibilities:
– Supervise staff and assign duties
– Authorise returns of merchandise
– Establish work schedules
– Sell merchandise
– Prepare reports on sales, merchandising, and personnel
– Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages
– Organise and maintain inventory
– Supervise and coordinate activities of workers
Qualifications:
– Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience:
– 1 to less than 2 years in a similar role
Skills:
