The organization must include supporting documents with the petition, such as:
- Proof of the worker’s membership in the religious denomination for at least two years.
- Evidence of the organization’s tax-exempt status and legitimacy as a religious entity.
- A detailed description of the worker’s religious duties.
- Documentation showing how the worker will be financially supported (salary or other means of support).
2. USCIS Processing
