Job Description/Overview:
963822 Alberta Ltd is seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee and implement organisational policies, manage resources, and coordinate operations. The position involves working on-site with no option for remote work and may require working day, evening, and weekend shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
– Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organisational policies and programs.
– Authorise and organise the establishment of major departments and senior staff positions.
– Establish objectives and formulate or approve policies and programs for the organisation.
– Represent the organisation in negotiations and official functions or delegate representatives.
– Establish financial and administrative controls, approve promotional campaigns, and manage human resources planning.
– Coordinate work across regions, divisions, or departments.
Experience and Specialization:
– Education: Bachelor’s degree.
– Experience: 2 to 3 years in a relevant managerial role.
– Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office.
