Job Description/Overview:
ANEEK DEVELOPMENT LTD. is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Supervisor for its housing construction projects in Vancouver. This role involves supervising workers, coordinating projects, and ensuring health and safety standards are followed. The position requires on-site work with no remote option.
Key Responsibilities:
– Prepare production and other reports.
– Supervise workers and coordinate projects.
– Schedule activities and ensure timely completion.
– Recruit and hire staff; handle related staffing actions.
– Arrange for training or provide training directly.
– Ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
– Read and interpret blueprints and drawings.
– Order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
– Lead and instruct individuals.
Supervision:
– Oversee 1-4 workers (depending on project size).
Qualifications:
– Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
Experience:
– 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in construction or a related field.
Skills:
– Excellent oral communication.
– Strong organisational skills.
– Reliable and a team player.
Workplace Information:
– On-site in Vancouver, BC, with work in various locations.
Salary: $32.75 hourly
Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week, including day, evening, shift, and morning hours.
