Job Description/Overview  

The Customer Accounts Supervisor will coordinate, assign, and review the work of customer account staff. The role involves performing the same duties as supervised workers and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position requires a strong focus on organisation, client care, and teamwork.

 

Key Responsibilities:  

– Perform same duties as workers supervised  

– Coordinate, assign, and review work  

– Ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time

 

Qualifications:  

– No degree, certificate, or diploma required  

– Proficiency in MS Office

 

Experience:  

– 1 year to less than 2 years of related experience

 

Skills:  

– Attention to detail  

– Ability to work under pressure  

– Client-focused, reliable, and organised  

– Team player
