Job Description/Overview:
The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for managing office tasks, scheduling, and handling communications. This role requires someone detail-oriented, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and capable of meeting tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
– Record and prepare minutes for meetings, seminars, and conferences
– Schedule and confirm appointments
– Answer telephone calls and relay messages
– Respond to electronic enquiries
– Order office supplies and maintain inventory
– Greet visitors and direct them to appropriate contacts
– Type and proofread correspondence and forms
Qualifications:
– Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience:
– 1 year to less than 2 years of related experience
Skills:
– Ability to multitask
– Attention to detail
– Reliability
