Job Description/Overview:
The Administrative Assistant will assist with staff consultation, coordinate HR activities, and manage daily operations within the restaurant. The role also involves handling recruitment, staff training, customer service, and payroll administration, while maintaining the digital database and performing basic bookkeeping tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
– Assist with staff consultation and grievance procedures
– Coordinate HR activities to meet organisational goals
– Plan and organise daily operations
– Supervise and train staff
– Handle recruitment, hiring, and staffing actions
– Manage payroll administration and employee data
– Provide customer service and answer employee inquiries
– Oversee digital database management
– Plan and control budgets and expenditures
– Evaluate work environments and procedures to ensure safety
Qualifications:
– Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
– Ability to multitask, manage time efficiently, and work independently
Experience:
– 7 months to less than 1 year of related experience
Skills:
– Strong organisational and communication skills
– Attention to detail and time management
– Flexibility, teamwork, and client focus
