Job Description/Overview:
Celestial Immigration is seeking a Sales Supervisor to oversee sales staff, handle customer issues, and prepare sales reports. The role involves supervising office and volunteer staff and authorising payments.
Key Responsibilities:
– Assign sales workers to duties
– Authorise payments by cheque
– Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
– Resolve issues, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages
– Supervise and coordinate activities of workers
– Conduct performance reviews
– Supervise office and volunteer staff
Qualifications:
– Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience:
– 7 months to less than 1 year
Skills:
– Client focus
– Excellent interpersonal skills
– Strong organisational abilities
– Ability to handle performance reviews and staff supervision
