Job Description/Overview:
Kingleke International Inc. is seeking a full-time, permanent Sales and Marketing Manager to start on November 1, 2024. The role requires analysing market data, directing marketing strategies, and managing distribution networks, while also motivating and leading a team.
Key Responsibilities:
– Analyse market research data to improve business decisions
– Assist in product development
– Direct marketing strategies for the business
– Establish distribution networks for products and services
– Evaluate current marketing strategies
– Hire, train, and motivate staff
– Market business services
– Provide ongoing support to clients after sale
Experience and Specialization:
– 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
– Specialisation in marketing and sales
– Experience in negotiation and distribution
Computer and Technology Knowledge:
– MS Windows
– MS Office
Qualifications:
– Education: College/CEGEP
