Job Description/Overview:  

The Office Administrator will oversee administrative procedures and evaluate new practices to ensure smooth office operations. This role involves budget preparation, inventory control, and managing access to information requests under privacy legislation. The ideal candidate will assist in administrative activities and ensure that deadlines and work priorities are met.

 

Key Responsibilities:  

– Review and evaluate new administrative procedures.  

– Establish work priorities and ensure procedures and deadlines are followed.  

– Administer policies related to the release of records and access to information.  

– Assist in preparing operating budgets and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.  

– Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures.

 

Qualifications:  

– Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.  

 

Experience:  

– 2 years to less than 3 years of relevant experience.

 

Skills:  

– Proficiency with MS Office and email systems.  

– Strong organisational and time management skills.  

– Excellent communication and administrative skills.
