Job Description/Overview:  

The Office Administrative Assistant will be responsible for arranging seminars, managing contracts, scheduling appointments, supervising staff, and overseeing daily operations. This role involves maintaining databases, preparing reports, and organising travel arrangements.

 

Key Responsibilities:  

– Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and meetings.  

– Assist with staff consultation and grievance procedures.  

– Supervise and direct daily operations.  

– Establish office policies and procedures.  

– Manage contracts, schedules, and appointments.  

– Answer calls and electronic inquiries.  

– Compile data, maintain records, and manage digital databases.  

– Respond to employee questions and complaints.  

– Order office supplies and maintain inventory.  

– Organise travel itineraries and reservations.  

– Maintain filing systems and prepare documents.

 

Experience and Specialization:  

– Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.  

– Experience: 1 to less than 7 months.

 

Work Conditions:  

– Salary: $28.50 hourly, 40 hours per week.  

– Terms of Employment: Permanent, full-time.  

– Start Date: As soon as possible.  

– Work Environment: On-site, no option for remote work.
