Job Description/Overview:
The Corporate Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing sales operations, building relationships with clients, and managing sales negotiations and contracts. The role also involves strategic planning for new product lines, budget control, and leading a team of sales professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
– Conduct performance reviews.
– Plan and control budgets and expenditures.
– Work with the marketing department to communicate marketing messages to the sales field.
– Determine strategic planning for new product lines.
– Establish organisational sales policies and procedures.
– Lead the sales team in building relationships with business clients and manage contract negotiations.
– Organise regional and divisional sales operations.
– Direct and evaluate the activities of sales departments in various establishments (commercial, industrial, wholesale, and retail).
– Recruit, train, and manage staff.
Supervision:
– Supervise 5-10 employees.
Qualifications:
– Education: College/CEGEP.
– Experience: 1 to 2 years in sales management.
Skills:
– Strong leadership and communication skills.
– Ability to manage budgets, build client relationships, and oversee strategic sales planning.
Salary:
– $54.52 hourly, 40 hours per week.
