Job Description/Overview:
The Administrative Assistant will handle various administrative tasks including coordinating events, managing budgets, and overseeing office operations. Training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
– Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, etc.
– Plan and control budget and expenditures.
– Establish and implement policies and procedures.
– Train other workers.
– Schedule and confirm appointments.
– Manage contracts.
– Answer telephone and relay calls and messages.
– Oversee the analysis of employee data and information.
– Answer electronic inquiries.
Qualifications:
– Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
Experience:
– Will provide training.
Skills:
– Strong organizational and communication skills.
