Job Description/Overview
As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for establishing office procedures, scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, compiling data, maintaining office supplies, greeting visitors, and typing/proofreading documents. The role also requires proficiency in MS Office and handling electronic mail.
Key Responsibilities
– Determine and establish office procedures and routines
– Schedule and confirm appointments
– Answer telephone calls and relay messages
– Compile data, statistics, and other information
– Order and maintain office supplies inventory
– Greet visitors and direct them to contacts or service areas
– Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
Qualifications
– Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
– 1 year to less than 2 years of relevant experience
Skills
– Proficiency in MS Office
– Ability to handle electronic mail
– Strong organisational and communication skills
