Key Responsibilities
- Monitoring of Civil Law files (marriage, divorce and estate planning contracts);
- Monitoring of possible deadlines for civil cases;
- Opening files and keeping information on them up to date and accessible;
- Monitoring customer accounts;
- The preparation of the accounts;
- Monitoring and processing of invoices and accounting entries;
- Managing appointment scheduling for Clerks;
- The responsibility for the secretariat and administrative tasks necessary for the proper functioning of the study;
Qualifications
- You have accounting and legal knowledge in civil law;
- Previous experience as a legal assistant in a notary’s office is a real advantage for this position;
- Experience in executive secretarial work is an asset;
- Having completed two years of study in the field of law is an advantage;
- You have a perfect command of French and English and knowledge of German and Luxembourgish is a plus;
- You have a perfect command of the Microsoft Office suite (Word and Excel);
- Your ability to respect confidentiality and your discretion are essential to carry out this function;
- You are rigorous and your organizational skills allow you to set priorities;
- With an excellent presentation, you are both sociable and discreet;
