Job Description/Overview:
The Office Administrative Assistant will manage administrative tasks such as coordinating seminars, supervising workers, managing appointments, and maintaining filing systems. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in office software.
Key Responsibilities:
– Arrange and coordinate seminars and conferences
– Supervise other workers
– Record and prepare minutes of meetings
– Schedule and confirm appointments
– Answer telephone calls and electronic inquiries
– Compile data and statistics
– Order office supplies and maintain inventory
– Greet people and direct them to service areas
– Set up and maintain manual and computerised filing systems
– Type and proofread correspondence and documents
Qualifications:
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience:
7 months to less than 1 year
Skills:
– Proficient in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and MS Office
– Ability to multitask
– Excellent oral and written communication
– Flexibility and judgement
– Organized and a team player
– Accurate and client-focused
– Reliable and good time management
– Quick learner
