Job Description:
We are seeking a full-time or part-time Team Leader for Housekeeping and Reception to join our team immediately. This role involves managing and organizing housekeeping and reception operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of daily tasks and team coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- – Conduct room checks for cleanliness
- – Perform maintenance using a checklist
- – Prepare arrival rooms and patient folders
- – Manage laundry supply, work clothing, and household item orders
- – Oversee plant care, decoration, and lost and found management
- – Coordinate and organize the reception and housekeeping departments
- – Organize replacements for vacations and illness
- – Create and update duty rosters, vacation plans, and bed plans
Qualifications:
- – Completed vocational training as a hotel specialist
- – Experience in a managerial position is an advantage
- – Reliable and detail-oriented working methods
- – Friendly personality with strong teamwork skills
- – Ability to take responsibility and effectively organize the team
Experience:
Previous experience in a managerial role is preferred but not required. Vocational training as a hotel specialist is essential.
