Head Cashier

Job Description/Overview: 

The Head Cashier is responsible for supervising staff, handling customer requests and complaints, resolving supply shortages, and preparing sales and personnel reports. The role requires direct supervision of various activities and maintaining a smooth operation of the cashier department.

 

Key Responsibilities:

– Supervise staff (apprentices, design team, etc.)

– Hire and arrange training for staff

– Teach interest or professional development courses

– Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters

– Resolve issues including customer complaints and supply shortages

– Supervise and coordinate workers’ activities

– Design settings, scenic environments, costumes, and lighting

 

Qualifications:

 Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

 

Experience: 

7 months to less than 1 year

 

Skills:

– Accuracy

– Reliability

– Teamwork

– Ability to multitask
